Step 1/ Creative Consultation

Leave the creativity up to us as we use this time together to find out your needs and design elements that you love the most. We will use our years of experience to discuss every detail and make recommendations based on the best options for you and your event.

 

Step 2/ Proposal

Shortly after the consultation, we will send you a formal quote based on what we discussed. The required deposit to formally book our services will be advised by our consultants.

Once the deposit is paid, we will provide you with a questionnaire and font library to assist us with wording and get an overall sense of how we can best represent your designs.

Step 3/ Design

We work with you one-on-one through multiple design proofs (maximum of 5 proofs) to ensure you love the design. Ensuring we work together through the design process by building out your concept one piece at a time, which results in a fully cohesive design.

 

Step 4/ Production

Upon approving your design proofs, a printing approval must be signed, and final payment is required. All digital files will be supplied once the above has been completed. Any printed items are quality checked during the print process and upon assembly, so we ensure that each design item that goes out to you is in perfect condition.

Step 5/ Collect

Once all the quality checks are done, we will pack your order and organise a time for you to pick them up in our studio or post them off to you via Australia Post.
